2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Eclectic Health & Wellness offers a subscription service that provides customers with a regular supply of Sea Moss Gel, delivered every four (4) weeks.

3. AUTO-RENEWAL

Subscription plans renew automatically on the date of the next scheduled payment, unless paused or cancelled by the customer. This ensures that subscribers receive their Sea Moss Gel on a regular basis, without having to manually place an order every month.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

There is no minimum subscription term, so customers can cancel at any time. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing customer service with sign-up information at info@eclectichw.com. Cancellation requests must be completed before the next subscription payment is processed. If the request is not received in time, the cancellation will take effect the following month.

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Subscription payments will be charged automatically every four (4) weeks. Customers must ensure that their payment information is up-to-date to avoid missed payments. If a customer's payment fails or is declined, customer service will reach out to obtain updated card information. If the payment issue is not resolved, the order will not be processed.

6. NOTIFICATION

Customers will receive an email notification before each subscription payment and delivery. This notification will include information on the amount due and expected delivery date.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers are advised to review our Returns Policy, which is posted on our website. It outlines our policy on returns and refunds, including without limitation, for the subscription orders.

8. PRICING DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to update the prices of our products, including our Sea Moss Gel, from time to time, at our sole discretion. This means that the price of a subscription order may vary depending on the prevailing price at the time of the order. In the event of a price change, we will notify our customers by email and provide them with an opportunity to cancel their subscription if they do not agree with the new price.
