Our Sea Moss gel has a texture smoother than applesauce

Wildcrafted means it is sourced from the ocean, it takes on the scents of the ocean. Therefore, our sea moss has dried ocean salt and smells like the sea. Pool grown sea moss has a different color and smell. Pool grown moss has a chemical-like smell to it from the chemicals added to the pool to make them grow. These kinds should be avoided.

Of course! Sea moss is safe for children 6 months and up. Give 1 to 2 teaspoons daily

All of our sea moss flavors are completely safe for pregnant and nursing women except for our Immunity Boost which contains burdock root which should be avoided.

For our sea moss products, the only preservative used is citric acid to maintain freshness in our fruits. Our hair and body products that only have oils and butters do not have a preservative. We add vitamin E oil to prevent oxidization Any products that have water introduced to them need a preservative to prevent mold and bacteria growth. This step is crucial for a high quality product.

Our sea moss gel plain without fruit added will last for 4 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 4-6 months frozen. Our flavored sea moss gels will last 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 4-6 months in the freezer. *If ordering more than one jar, we recommend freezing any gel not consumed within the 3-4 weeks in order to prolong its shelf life*

If used correctly, our clients have seen results in as little as two weeks! Result times vary depending on clients stage of hair loss, hair upkeep and how consistently they are following the hair care routine.

We cannot control the elements, but each hair butter and sugar scrub are mailed in insulated bags with dry ice packs. If you live in a warmer climate in the United States, we recommend keeping your products in a cool dry place.

All sea moss gels are made to order. To provide you the freshest product possible please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Hair and body products are processed within 3-5 business days. If ordering hair and body products along with sea moss gel please see below: Please note: Depending on where Sea Moss Gels are being shipped, shipping will go out Monday to Wednesday.

Once processed, all gels will be shipped priority mail (1-3 business days)or via FedEx (1-2 Business days) and will be frozen prior to shipment to maintain freshness. Orders will be packed with dry ice and shipped in an insulated mailer. Hair and body products will ship priority mail (1-3 business days)

Shipping is calculated based on clients’ zip code and rate you want you package to arrive.

Orders must be cancelled prior to shipment. Once orders are shipped, refunds can be issued on unopened hair and body products. Due to sea moss gels being made to order and perishable, refunds will not be issued for these items.
