SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the orders are shipped, when you place orders with Eclectic Health & Wellness on our website, i.e. (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy statement.

1. DELIVERY

a) Delivery Service: We ship to all 50 States within the United States. We use the services of USPS, FedEx, and UPS as our third-party service providers for fulfillment of all the orders placed on the website by our customers.

b) Processing and Delivery Time: Although the products are generally dispatched within a period of 3 to 5 working days, it may sometimes take more time for the orders to dispatch, and delivery time will vary from location to location.

c) Important Note: The delivery time is subject to change based on industrial or business disruption, shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address, or covid related restrictions etc. Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

d) Fee: A shipment fee is calculated based on your location. You would be able to see the shipping cost at the time of checkout. However, there is free shipping on all orders above USD 100.

e) No Change: You cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after

checkout.

2. ORDERS, SHIPMENT, FAILED DELIVERY, AND DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

a) Not for Commercial Purpose: You cannot buy our products for a commercial purpose, unless allowed by us. No use of our intellectual property may be made without our express written consent.

b) Assumption of Risk: You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. c) Failed Delivery: If your package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided by you for the reasons such as an incorrect shipping address and/or incorrect phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

d) If you fail to pick-up: If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local centre of one of our third-party logistic service providers for pick up. If you fail to pick up the package from there for any reason, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

e) Refusal by you/receiver: If you/receiver refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

3. CHECKING THE ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Whenever you place an order with us, we use the services of USPS, UPS, and FedEx for fulfillment of all the orders placed on the website by our customers (hereinafter referred to as our “Delivery Partner”), which ships and delivers the products to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. For this purpose, we also share certain personally identifiable information (PII) of yours with our Delivery Partner in order to fulfill your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy statement for more details on this subject.

5. RESERVATION OF RIGHT

We reserve the right to cancel any order from our end if the product that you ordered runs out of stock,

or becomes unavailable for any reason. In such case, we will refund you all the amounts that you’ve paid for such product.

2. DESCRIPTION

We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all our products listed on our website. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We reserve the right to make corrections and modifications in such description.

3. PRICING DISCLAIMER

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Eclectic Health & Wellness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Eclectic Health & Wellness reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product. We may also update the prices of our products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.

4. RETURN AND REFUND a) Return Period: We have a limited return policy where only non-perishable items may be returned (such as unopened hair and body products) (here simply referred to as the “Returnable Products”). These products can only be returned within a period of forty-eight (48) hours calculated from the order delivery time (“Return Period”). When you initiate a return within this Return Period, we will return all the amounts paid by you subject to the conditions mentioned below. Please note, you cannot request for a return or return after the expiration of the Return Period.

b) Condition of Exchange/Returned Orders: The products in the order that you wish to return must be unused and unopened, and returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including but not limited to the packaging box and any original tags attached. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the refund request.

c) Non-Returnable Products: Only the products mentioned in

above can be returned within the Return Period. Moreover, all sea moss gels sale are final as they are perishable items and made to order (here simply referred to as the “Non-Returnable Products”). d) Returning the Order: You shall be responsible for shipping the returned product back to us and to bear the return shipment fee.

e) Refunds: When your refund request is accepted and the product is received back, the eligible amount will be issued to your original method of payment within a period of 5-7 business days (depends on your issuing bank). If you haven’t received your refund during this period, please contact us at

5. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy in no way restricts your statutory right of any return as per laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

We may add to or change or update this Return Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice.
